Large silverplate fiddle-pattern handled ladle made by Henry Williamson, a London silversmith, between about 1880 and 1910. Note that the Gothic "ACME" on the back of the handle is Henry Williamson's mark. The "12 dwts" mark also evident there means 12 pennyweights or 12 x 0.054857 avoirdupois ounces or 12 x 1.****7384 grams of silver were used to plate this ladle. It is about 12.5 inches or 32cm long and in good condition. The price includes postage, handling and insurance if needed. Otherwise, pickup in Canberra for cash and a discount.

- 5 Vintage Small Silverplated Meat Serving ForksCollection of 5 vintage/perhaps antique meat server forks. Most are silverplated although the silver has worn off the oldest 5-pronged one. That one was made by Mappin and Webb, silversmiths based in both London and Sheffield between about 1880 and 1920. Unfortunately, it has a crack in the faux bone-handle on one side too. The longest one with the pinkish faux bone-handle is about 175mm long and the shortest (all metal) is 140mm long. Postage is not included in price.
