Super rare JBL L77 speakers is really good cosmetic condition. All drivers appear to be working as are the tweeters. Speaker ‘foam’ could do with some attention - I’ve Macgyver’d one of the drivers with some rubber glue and it’s holding its own. Currently have these paired with my harman kardon citation I pre amp and a pair of quad 2 monoblocks and they sound fantastic and feel these speakers are made for low wattage amps. Safe to say that NAD ruled the budget minded audiophile in the early 80’s offering well built, great sounding amps to the masses without the need for to much pinching and saving. Not the most well know of the AU series but still worthy of the attention and respect of the budget conscious audio file with a hole in their pocket. Built in 82 35 watts per channel, Mm/mc cartridge options A/b speakers, Nice phono section. Has been serviced - fault check, cleaned. Highly rated and versatile av receiver from the last 90’s. Dolby 5.1 surround Pre amp out Phono stage The list goes on… Tested but not everything, appears to be working soundly. This fantastic little beast hails from Luxman’s early days in the late 60’s and marks the company’s early foray into solid state amplifier design. It is a fantastic little amplifier that puts out 30 watts aside into 8ohms. Recently cleaned, serviced and modified with a clip in style speaker wire harness. Over all the unit is in great working condition but the facia and rear of the unit is showing some pitting and I have adjusted the price to reflect this. Overall a rare and collectable Luxman
