Maintenance Planner
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance
activities to ensure the smooth operation of our laundry facilities. This role is critical in
minimizing downtime and maintaining the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and
machinery.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure timely and
efficient execution of maintenance activities.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify maintenance needs and
opportunities for improvement.
Manage maintenance records and documentation.
Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of laundry equipment and machinery.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
