Personal Training
FUNCTIONAL . STRONG . CHALLENGING
Whether you’d like the guidance of a professional to keep you on track, or you’re ready to kickstart some new health goals and break old habits, you’ll see big results. Join me for a session that takes on a holistic approach to Personal Training using a combination of exercise, mindfulness, intention setting, affirmations, gratitude, and meditation. This is a one-on-one session which can be in the form of Personal Training, Mums & Bubs, or Yogalates.
Buddy Training
FRIENDS . SUPPORT . COMPETITION
Workout with your buddy, share the challenge, the sweat, the fun, and the laughs. Be inspired and encouraged by each other, and take control of your health, fitness and wellbeing together.
Mums & Bubs
HEALING . RESTORE . EMPOWER
Bring your baby and enjoy this nurturing session that’s perfect for post-natal rehab or a for a new mum looking to increase fitness. One-on-one training (see Personal Training) is also available for pregnancy or post-natal exercise.
Yogalates
CONNECTION . PEACE . ESCAPE
Enjoy this restorative Yogalates class that focuses on wellbeing, using a Yoga-Pilates fusion of exercises incorporating breathing techniques, improving core strength and flexibility. A refreshing, grounding session that finishes in shavasana, blissing out to the smell of doTERRA essential oils. One-on-one training (see Personal Training) is also available.
