Danish Deluxe was founded in 1958 in Huntingdale Victoria. They were a Melbourne furniture design and manufacturing company, designing inhouse and under licence contemporary mid-century modern furniture often influenced by Scandinavian design.
This beautiful three piece lounge suite was produced by Danish Deluxe in the 1960s and comprises a three seater couch, and 2 x two seater chairs. It is in incredible vintage condition and still has the original vinyl which shows no rips, tears or damage.
It cushions have been professionally reupholstered by The Upcycled Upholsterer using brand new foams and a vibrant mustard yellow upholstery by Warwick fabrics.

Introduced three years after Heirloom, in 1970, it had the perfect colourway for the decade of orange and dusky brown. Look carefully at the design and you will see it is made up of a myriad of tiny daisies. The milk jug is 9cm tall, and is in great condition with no chips or cracks.
