The role…
Travel Industry Customer Support Exec
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality support to our agents, handling and resolving incoming sales and service-related queries.
These could relate to any number of different scenarios – from assisting agents with basic product queries, offering reservations assistance, or helping to resolve post-travel complaints – so you need to be able to think on your feet, juggle multiple priorities, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
We support our agent partners not only in Australia but also the US and Mexico so you will also be fielding and servicing ‘out of hours’ calls from our US and Mexico points of sale
The role is predominantly based in our Sydney office, however there will also be some flexibility there, once you are fully up to speed. Hours will be largely office hours, 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to cover other shifts from time to time.

Friendly, professional, and able to rapidly build great relationships with our agency clients, you will enjoy problem solving and providing exceptional customer support.
You are looking to take the next step in your career and will already have some experience working within the travel industry, or in a similar support role.

Whilst plenty of support will be provided, you will enjoy working autonomously and taking responsibility for seeing queries through to resolution. You should also be fun and enjoy working within a team.
In a nutshell:
· You are a tech savvy, quick learner and have great communication, administrative, and customer service skills.
· You will have a service-led mind set, and will enjoy finding solutions for our agents
· You will have a great attitude, willing to learn, and are excited by a challenge.
· The ability to speak Spanish is highly advantageous but not essential to the role
· The role is based in our Sydney CBD office (fun fact - our building was recently voted World Building of the Year!).
*$70,000 Salary made up of $63K 7K Guaranteed Bonus
