Offered for sale is an original acrylic on board painting by John Lovett. I purchased it new at the King's School annual art exhibition in 1989 & it was said, at the time, that it was painted in the previous year. It was lot 44. It is signed bottom right & is signed & titled "Sutton Forest Store" verso. It is labelled by the Duke of Wellington Gallery Mosman (who was at the time the artist's agent). The double frame is original. The painting measures 31 x 46cm & the frame measures 47 x 63cm.
