This item is a used original air cleaner to suit the two barrel carbs used on 253/4.2L Holden V8s. This is the early pre-pollution style as used on the HT, HG and early HQ models. I believe that it is from a HQ as the snorkel points towards the drivers front corner when mounted on the carb. Last photo shows a similar filter when fitted to a HQ 253. This item is a used station wagon tailgate to suit HQ-HZ models. It has been repaired by fitting a new quality fibreglass tailgate skin to the rustfree tailgate frame. This is a full fibreglass bonnet with a 4” reverse cowl to suit a HR Holden. The bonnet was moulded off an original steel bonnet then the reverse cowl was moulded on. I have 1 fitted to my HR panelvan & they fit perfectly. It can also be adapted to suit a HD Holden. They have stainless steel inserts & they use all the original hardware & hinges.
