Don’t even know where to start with this one. Originally thought it was just a handmade dress but the skirt is actually pants. Homemade for sure. Lined. Covered buttons. Lot of work went into it. No idea what the fabric is, sorry. It’s what all the old bridesmaids dresses used to be made out of. Sort of a rough feel to the fabric. Size….something small!
