Deep Blue is a 27 foot fibreglass hull fractional sloop from the mid 1970s. The yacht has an MD7A Volvo Penta diesel engine which runs smoothly, a sail drive, a folding propeller and wheel steering. I had a ship survey done in December 2022 and the rigging is due for replacement as well as the sail drive seal and the engine mountings. The rudder gland needs to be repacked.
