HSV GTS Used Car Review

The GTS badge materialised in 1992 and represented not only the HSV flagship model but was for a period Australia's fastest production car. Before th end of local Commodore production in 2017, the GTS was given a fitting send-off with a superb 'LSA' supercharged 6.2-litre V8.

  • Steering and general handling of E-Series II (2006 on)
  • Clever torque vectoring (2013 on)
  • Genuine track car and a modern Australian classic
  • V8 engines consume plenty of fuel

  • Expensive for what is apparently a Commodore

  • Size and weight ultimately affects agility
  • No longer in production
