Glass candlestick in the form of A woman in period dress carrying A water pail on her head. Very heavily Made - weighs 1.6 kg and stands 25.5 Cm high and is 12 cm across at the Base. Has minor damage (cracks) on the water pail Section - see the last photo. On close Examination the edges of the damage Are rounded and it appears that that may have Been caused when the glass was cooled rapidly During manufacture. Attractive object with raised and gilded Decoration on the exterior. From its General construction I’d suspect it’s Italian in origin. Stands 31 cm high x 12.5 cm wide at its widest point. Thick walled and heavy at 1.26 kg. In very good condition - does show wear To the gilding in some places. I also note A manufacturing fault in the base which At first glance seems to be a crack but Closer examination has convinced me That it’s inside the glass and was formed During the manufacturing process -

Possibly Italian in make. They Stand 20 cm high and are 6 cm Across at the top. They feature A gilded band which spirals up the Body of each vase. In good condition with no cracks or Chips. Vintage High quality European drinks set. Seven piece in all each of which has the metal Plaque shown applied to the outside. The jug is 23 cm high x 11.5 cm across at the Base. Base is stamped “”Italy” The tumblers are 9 cm high x 7.5 cm across At the top. All pieces are heavily made and in excellent condition with no damage.The set shows no signs of ever having been used.
