IKEA SODERHAMN sofa in good condition. Two large seats can accommodate 3 people seating. Unlike a traditional "sofa", it has a hard-feeling surface, and a large depth and can be used as a temporary bed. Highly recommended for living room. We have been taking care of it and no damage except normal wear & tear. No water damage. No odor as we do not smoke. Note you can remove the cover to thoroughly clean it, or just spray it with some Glen20. We never washed it and you can expect a good refresh
