Chrombook laptop still in box used once perfect condition

Dell Inspiron 15-7559 not working for parts. It is missing HDD and SSD, does not start. I am unsure what's wrong with it, obviously, sold for parts as is, no returns. It has additional parts: second keyboard, second south bridge, second speaker etc.
