Motorcycle, 1997 Suzuki intruder vl 1500
Lovely bike. I bought it last year, rode it home, got it serviced, then only rode a few times before I lost my licence. Sat it shed since then, but started & ridden down the road a couple times to keep it turned over. Will need bugger all to pass blue slip. Bought this as repairable Write off in Victoria in 2007. Registered in Vic then SA. Slow project over time. Forks 2inches longer - see measurement of covers. Bike braced (see under seat). Stand custom built and chromed (longer). Bike sits higher (see photo). Rides exceptionally well through corners now with loads of clearance. Big bore carbie kit. As new starter motor.
