Camp on Western land lease at Lightning Ridge near Aerodrome road on block of 2.250 square metres. There are one caravan under roof inside 2 single beds .There is kitchen with sink gas stove gas fridge and one more gas fridge in caravan.There is flush toilet and shower in new area which has to be finished with gybrok.I got isolation balls .Camp is on concrete and done with metal frame.there is TV antenna and solar panels and battery for power .one gas heater and wood stove.outside one more cara

tidy cypress pine cottage (no termites)on the eastern slope of Simms Hill with elevated 180 degree view. walk to bore baths or town. flush toilet,solar with inverter and gas hot to bathroom. quiet spot at end of road. 12v and 240v lights. 240v pressure pump and plenty of rainwater. good camps don't come up on Simms Hill very often at an affordable price. Relisted because of time waster
