Brown faux leather 3 seater fold out couch. Good condition, minor wear, although left and middle couch cushions no longer zip into place (doesn't affect use). Very heavy, recommend you have 2 people for pick up. Pick up only. W:204cm H:85cm to top of cushion. L:95cm or when unfolded into a bed 212cm. Mattress is ~149cm wide x ~193cm long and surprisingly comfortable for a fold out. Used but in fair condition. 1 strap under mattress is broken. Arm rests come off for slightly easier transport

We also have assorted vinyl 3 seater lounges that have wear and tear to the cushions. Take as many as you like You will need to remove yourself - No stairs as we have an elevator.
