THE CHALLENGE:
After years of experience from working with a variety of different types of clients and trying out different methods, we have developed techniques that are easy to follow and that actually work. The program is based on a progressive overloading method, so it works wonders for both beginners and advanced stage clients. It is 12 weeks of intense training and a diet routine that packs a strong punch. Most of our previous participants have shown around 10 – 14 kg of fat loss with 12 – 15 cm off the waist line. The majority have not stopped there and became more determined to achieve their fitness goals.
There are 3 comprehensive programs to choose from:
- “Shed It Or Regret It” – Designed for females to shed fat, gain strength, and get a tight and trim body.
- “No Gut All Glory” – Designed with the male gut in mind.
- “Dream Beach Body” – Designed to finally get that beach body that you've always dreamt of.
The Price:
3 sessions per week @ $60, yes, that's right (conditions apply)
Last time we had this on special, all the spots were filled within a few days of advertising.
