All of it's leather parts are there, the leather is in good condition, and the zip on the front pocket is complete and works well. It has two leather dividers to separate different categories of golf clubs. Antique hickory shafted deep faced long spoon socket wood with "Jas Cunningham" over "Carnoustie" on the crown of the head. The head also has a pink fibre or Ivorine face, a brass rounded triangle base piece; and a long oval shaped lead back piece. The long spoon was an old name for the socket wood used to hit moderately long-lofted shots on a fairway. It is equivalent to a No. 3 fairway driver. This wood is approximately 109cm long. 1910-20 hickory handled mashie hand forged by W. A. G. Horn of London & St Andrews for Murdoch's of Sydney. The club is 95cm long and it has a dark green wound leather grip in good condition. A line around the circumference of the shaft near the end of that grip and a small nail hole next to it indicates that the green leather is probably not the stick's original grip. It is rare to find a hickory shafted golf stick from the period 1925 to 1935 specifically made for a lady. The "L" on the back of the head signifies this. It is a "Dinkie" Niblick with a very wide head that has a dotted pattern. The golf stick is approximately 90cm long and the head is about 60mm wide at it's widest. It does not have any kind of leather or other grip although it appears to have had one in the past as there is some kind of dark resin on the handle - see last photo. The price doe

Postage is extra. Cash if picking up locally in Canberra. Dunlop England mesh press molded gutta-percha golf ball made in 1920s. It has "Dunlop" and "England" at opposite poles of the ball. The ball has an unusual arrangement of squares and other quadrilaterals, has retained most of at least one layer of paint, and is a No. 4 ball.

Postage is extra. Cash if picking up locally in Canberra. Bromford 18 golf ball from 1920s to mid 1930s with a wound rubber core and gutta-percha dimple pattern pressed and painted cover. It is a No. 3 ball. It has "Bromford 18" on one side and "England" on the other side. It has been well used and some of the paint has worn off.

"New" vintage Slazenger "Lo-Skore" No. 12 golf ball in original wrapping and in original box with original Slazenger golfing tips. Lo-Skore is "the new feature ball; new "irradiated" cover; new "sweet power" centre; new "polar white" paint; and new "sensimatic" winding. The box also indicates the ball is "now with new large numbers 1 to 12 for quick, easy identification". The price doesn't include any postage or handling costs.

Easy to find, more durable, and more economical according to the spiel on the front of the box. Also says "Glo-tees are fluorescent and glow in the daylight". The box measures 7.5 x 4.5 cms by 12mm.

It has it's original cord made from cotton which would have been attached to a player's belt or their golf bag. It's top indicates "Golf Ball Cleaner" in cursive; a picture of boxes with "AVON" across the top of the middle one; under the boxes the words "SYMBOLS OF ENDURANCE"; and "MADE IN ENGLAND".

This hickory shafted 2 iron was hand forged for Bert Oldfield's sports store at 52-54 Hunter Street in Sydney around 1915-20s. It is in very good condition considering it's age and the fact that the head appears to be forged from stainless steel. It has a dashed pattern on the front of the head.
