He looks the part standing on display if you've got an old sideboard or antique furniture. Stands approx 35.5cm tall. He appears to be holding a bird cage under his arm and I believe he may have had a bird sitting on his other hand which is no longer there. Very old vintage sewing machine, treadle type. Valley is the brand name. Apparently these were made here in Brisbane and very popular against the "Singer" brand. Presents ok for its age, unfortunately it is missing the treadle plate and drive system.
