This is a bakelite wall telephone (known as the 300 series) as used by the PMG during the 1950’s for installation in hallways, offices, storerooms, shops etc. The phone case and handset have been restored as a display phone having been dismantled, professionally cleaned and polished. The bakelite is in great condition as can be seen in the photos with a beautiful shiny black finish. Very old insulators, I’m not sure of their precise age but they likely from the 1950s or older. The singles all have wooden inserts.
