There is a small split in one of the panels (shown in the last picture) where the tightening bolt goes through. Assembly manual is included and all parts are present. The First photo provided is merely an indication. The bed frame closely resembles the one in the photo. I purchased it from IKEA and it has only been used for a month. Since then, it has been carefully packed back into its original box. I do not have a photo of it when it was set up. However, it is in excellent condition.
