This is a beautiful bed. Timber finnish is in good condition. Futon Mattress is spotless as it was always covered，heavy duty and very comfortable. Very good condition, as a spare room bed. “loftiness” in a futon mattress with the added benefits of natural insulation. I bought it for about $1200 at Back to the Futon. Single Japanese style Foton frame with mattress

Beautiful Japanese Futon Bed & Mattress
Offered is a beautiful, unique Japanese Futon bed. This is a rare collectors item and quite a conversation piece. The frame is made of solid hardwood, with slates as a base. The futon mattress is heavy cotton padding, providing a luxurious nights rest. The frame is stained to a lovely reddish finish. There are no tears in the mattress and it is in good condition.
