The restraint buckles or foot straps are perfect. As is the rack mount. The key is included I used it on a surly big dummy. It will also work perfectly with many newer long tail e-bikes. There is a bit of wear on the plastic strap where it rubbled the tire one day. This does not affect the function at all.
