40HP 2 stroke Yamaha outboard motor Electric start ,manual tilt. Motor is long shaft & has thermostat & impeller replaced ,&gear oil changed. Motor is in top working condition & comes with forward controls. Can see running on stand. Compression 140 &142

MAKE AN OFFER…. Didn’t use this motor for 12 months due to travel, rain, etc. went to start but it had stopped working. Tried to take apart to see if it was an easy fix but stripped some bolts in the process. Have just removed the motor and replaced with a 4 stroke, so it’s removed and ready to go. Comes with 3.3m forward controls. Can’t locate the key so need a new key barrel. Near new prop. Maybe a simple fix if you have the skills or it could be something more sinister. May also be useful
