An Australian Work Boat (AWB) build for the Navy mid 1940s. It was a survelliance vessel cruising from Sydney Harbour to the Solomon Islands (post 2WW). We purchased it six years ago and have done extensive work on the hull (out of the water for four months to remove the copper sheathing and expoxy to the docking strip). Done by shipwrights in Newcastle. During this time the bathroom and kitchen were renovated. Galley was modelled around mid century design palette. The old bathroom was complete
