Ibanez Early 70s Std Telecaster Copy in Blond Finish
This Ibanez Tele Copy was made in Japan in the early 1970s, based on the fact is has no serial number and has the “old style” truss rod cover. I think it’s closer to 50 years old as it’s pickup switch is not an exact copy of the Fender style switch, nor is the input jack location, meaning it might have been a Ibanez’s first attempt at a Telecaster copy. Early Fender Japan Crafted in Japan era (O series, *****2000) LEFTY `72 Telecaster Reissue. Solid 3.74kgsIn solid 9/10 condition, some minor scratches on the back, some player marks on the pickguard. A few gigbag & on-stage dings have been touched up. The neck pickup has been replaced with a Lindy Fralin which sounds great - original bridge is still in place and is hot!
