Reclaimed Tessellated Edwardian Verandah Tiles. These tiles covered 2 Verandahs. One ( 3.6mtrs x 1.56 mtrs ) = 5.61 sq mtrs Two. ( 4.83 mts x 1.53 mtrs ) = 7.39 sq mts. These tiles would require cleaning (removal of original mortar base.). Most tiles are placed in plastic containers. Some linear tiles ( not many ) are broken. You would need a UTE or Trailer to collect. Terms Cash and Pick Up required by purchaser.

Garage door motor and arm for tilt or panel lift.new
Originally advertised with garage door but due to urgency Garage door has been dumped but brand new motor and arm are available. And I am now in position to reoffer the three month old motor and Arm Installed but never used. Changed garage to rumpus room. 9 month Warranty and receipt attached. Note - brand new price in January was $690 supply only. Works 100% 2 remotes. NOTE pick up only as Arm is 3+ meters long, I cannot transport this. If not sold it will be cut up and dumped.
