Dairy Shepherdess Tasmania is a boutique breeder of high quality dairy sheep located just outside of Sheffield. My goal is to breed THE Tasmania homestead dairy sheep, a robust animal with good udder and big enough teats to comfortably hand milk. I select for good hooves and natural parasite resistance. Because I like to spin my sheep’s wool I also breed for colour to achieve natural coloured yarn. Most of my white sheep are heterozygous and will throw coloured lambs with the right ram. I only
