Breville Gourmet Wok - for stir frying, braising, deep frying, etc.
This Breville brand Wok is a versatile and economical cooking utensil. It consists of a heavy duty body, a toughened tempered glass lid, and a thermostatically controlled removable probe. Also shown in the photos is a wire grill for suspending larger items being cooked. The body has a non-stick cooking surface, cool-touch handles, and a 2000 watt heating element. All components are in excellent condition, they having been very rarely used. Included is the Breville 'Instructions for Use' booklet
