With considerable regret I am offering my 1965 Rover P5 3 litre Saloon for sale. I acquired the car from Queensland just at the end of COVID and as I transitioned to retirement, expecting to spend my spare time enjoying a car I had wanted for a long time. But it turns out part-time retirement is busier than I expected and I already have a collection of vehicles demanding my attention. I’m selling my 1972 Rover 2000TC. (Manual.) It’s got an original 121,000 miles on the clock and is currently driving and running beautifully. I’ve fitted a thermo fan for summer traffic, and a diff from a V8 car for highway cruising. It now turns 2500rpm at 100kph, compared to the original 3000rpm. New in the motor are the water pump, the pistons and rings, the exhaust valves and all valve guides. And I have a big pile of spares to go with the car, including various new parts. It’s not perfect

1974 Rover P6B 3500S 4 Speed. A well restored car and in wonderful condition. Just buy, drive and enjoy. This is as close as you could get to buying a brand new P6B in 1974. Gumtree does not recognise that the 3500S is in fact a manual car.
