The FJ Holden was built from Oct 1953-July 1956 The FX got a facelift in 1953, the FJ, it was basically the same car with a few minor alterations to the body. The most obvious change was the rather boring FX vertical slat grille was replaced with an elegant finned and detailed version. Models available were the base model Standard, and the new upmarket 'Special'.
