The Ford Falcon was Australia's longest continuously running nameplate up to the cessation of local production in October 2016 - 56 years after it debuted as a US-based model. Ford's large car started to become more Australianised from the 1970s and it would eventually compete against the Holden Commodore in a famously fierce local rivalry. There were luxury models such as the Fairlane and LTD, ute spin-offs, and sportier models such as the XR6 Turbo and V8-powered XR8 of more recent times.

I am selling the car which was my dads but he passed away and I have no need for it. please note it will be sold without plates or registration. I have left it registered to all potential buyers an opportunity to test drive it. He was driving it the day before he died It is noisy on start up due to the cam phaser shaft which could do with a repair. He drove it with the noise as we weren't sure how long he would be driving it so didn't fix it. It is a really nice car to drive with lots of power.

2009 ford falcon wagon Mk3. Runs and Drives well, only reason I'm sell is they stopped selling LPG in my home town. Good kumo tyres, heavy duty front suspension with rear boss airbags suspension which can take over 2ton, so you can load up the back and drag around any trailer with out the rearend sagging . Gas tank checked in 2019 not needed again till 2029. Very clean some small bumps and scratches. Roof racks and 2.4 ton tow ball. factory LPG system.
