It does need a blue slip and for that it will need a starter motor. Usual wear and tear for a car its age. It has a faulty coolant sensor (comes on and off randomly) does not effect performance. Air con needs a re gas. Radio display goes off from time to time, does not effect the radio itself, could just be dusty inside.
