I don’t know any history on this just that my father used it all the time for as long as I remember. Maybe Military History as he was in 2 wars. I wasn’t sure if the strap was original but from looking at pictures it appears to be. 4 Litre which I have filled up and left for a while and it didn’t leak, does have a dint on one side, 28cm top to bottom and 25cm across

Antique aluminium with cap and chain, there is no date mark, the canteen has a wool lined cover which I haven’t washed, wasn’t sure. In dragging it out of the cupboard I have dislodged the chain from the cap, sure it could be fixed but not by me. A good addition to a collection

Made in China, it’s maker is KWANG HWA model 245. Hurricane lamp, I presume it’s a kerosene lamp, it has the original glass with a logo on it, maybe not particularly clear in pictures. Glass moves up and down easily. I don’t know if it still works it did years ago, needs a clean, I didn’t want to play around with it to much, I can see the wick inside not sure if that is what it’s called. Needs a new home besides sitting in a cupboard in my garage

1970’s, ( I think), canned by coca-cola bottlers, Canberra, 370ml, No D2416. 2 minor dints & general scratches. A good addition to a collection

Vintage collector tin Embossed lid 2009. It’s in excellent condition with minimal damage as seen in photos inside right lid, no dints or scratches. A hard find. I have other tins as well if interested

King Research Inc barbicide jar. Glass made in Canada, A4764 on the bottom, 12 inches tall, excellent condition no chips or scratches a little wear on the blue rubber. A nice addition to any barbershop collection

Lovely Cavalier silver plated drinks tray with decorative pattern, diameter is 14 inches or 36 cm. I'm excellent condition for its age. My father won it in a golf tournament in PNG when he was in his late teens.

This is a beautiful bottle for a collection, 700ml. The black lion reaches from back to front. No marks or scratches, lovely piece

Rabone Chesterman heavy duty square I think it's No 1907, 240 length. I cleaned it up with vinegar but only 1 soaking so another soak if wanting it shiny.

From top left 91/92, Woden badge 95/96, 96/97, 96/97. I gave them a little clean but I'm sure could be polished up

This original poster was put on hard board & heat sealed 35 years ago, the original poster was starting to show wear, 2 folds on the top, its washable & will not deteriorate, if not mounted, the poster would not have lasted. Time for a new home or man/lady cave.
