12 Results: New & Used in brass clock in New South Wales

I don’t know if this is Antique or not. I have no idea if it works, I bought it because I liked the way it complimented my Antique clocks. Measurements are 21cm high, 15cm wide and 9cm deep. I think it’s brass. I will post.

This vintage Swiza 8-Day Alarm Clock with Date keeps good time and runs quietly. Solid and lacquered brass, brushed aluminium. Comes in its original travel leather box and with instructions. Good condition with slight age / wear marks (please see photographs). Pick up or can be posted/ couriered at the buyer’s expense.

I repair and restore carriage clocks for a hobby and here is another one up for sale - a very beautiful and collectable brass carriage clock that was made in the early 1900s (either French or English as the English seemed to make very similar carriage clocks at that time so hard to tell). Vintage Swiss made Swiza 8 day Brass Alladin Lamp Alarm Clock 7 jewels. I can get the alarm to work but unsure how to wind up the clock. Would benefit from a polish as its tarnished.

Clock as shown - displays really well in Strong light - see the first two photos which Are taken in direct sunlight. The other photos Make the clock body appear worn but this is Not the case. Clock body is In good condition with no damage. The Clock itself is not working - the mechanism is Overwound. It has an alarm built in (with separate Spring mechanism) and that Is working - an encouraging sign. Measures 27 cm high and is 26 cm across at The base. Weighs over 1. 7 kg. Local pic

MODEL- QEK151 N . Purchased in late 80's ,never used , been in storage. Made in Japan . No box but has original velvet sleeve and Instruction booklet . Extremely neat slimline credit card size with marble like finish on front and brass backing with lever for positioning upright. Time,dual calendar/alarm 12/24hr display and stopwatch. Has been tested with a new battery and functions perfectly. Photos to follow.
