For the Uninitiated these pieces of WOOD are called Butter Pats and they are used in the Shaping of a 500g block of Butter back in the day way before modernisation,These pats are in Excellent Condition,I’m not sure what the wood is but it looks very much like Red Cedar.they measure apprx 230mmL x 80mmW,Postage No Problem.

Very Rarely do you see a set of these cannisters in this condition,they have a few marks and scratches but you would have to expect that on an item that’s been around for at least 60 maybe 70 years,they are complete with there original Lids and Handles,the cannisters are not distorted at all so the lids fit perfectly,all the cannisters have an item description label and they are perfect also,I have NOT polished them,the shine you see is there natural Patina,they are really a set of BEAUTIES and

When was the last time you saw one of these,It's a NRMA map of Sydney from the 50s,it has pictures of the Morris work van and the old telephone number and address of the organisation back in the 50s not to mention the map way before the freeways and congestions and expressways and tunnels etc etc,it is very interesting reading and viewing,it is in excellent condition for a map that is over 70 years old, Postage No Problem.
