Skillfully re-styled duchess by Rockhampton craftsman over 30 years ago with timbers from the old Gracemere Post Office. Beautiful rich honey colour. In very good clean order. All drawers run and sit well. Easy to maintain with occasional rub over with cedar oil.

This is a beautiful classic piece of furniture. It was made in Western Australia, part timber part veneer, it is around 50 years old and in very good condition. I’d guess it’s around 1900 perhaps a little earlier. Hand crafted dove tailing , old school. Probably hoop pine. Modern handles fitted that go well with it. Drawers are all fitted with locks but someone has filled the key holes with filler. Easy to restore the locks if desired. Drawers are deep and hold heaps.
