Looking for renter to start a new Houseshare around North Lakes area

Looking for someone to join me in applying for rental properties. I have all the common room furniture, kitchen supplies, just need someone who has a job, who is between 20-45 years old (male or female), who has their own bedroom furniture and can afford $300 a week for rent. Would like to find 2 others to share with if possible, but 1 will be ok as well. I currently live in Narangba, and planning to move to around Mango Hill, North Lakes, Chermside, Strathpine area. Current Lease ends 7 June
