Room for rent. Mount Victoria
I have started studying again and need to rent out a room to cover costs lost from being a student. I am looking for someone who can pay the rent on time. It’s not a party house. It a great place to wind down in after work. Some parts are the home are private areas and not included in the rent. What is included is a private bedroom and the bathroom is shared and a shared Kitchen/ tv room. The bedroom I renting out will have no furniture.
