I am seeking a clean non smoking rental, short term ok, probably from May, preferably in the Sunshine Coast region. Preference is for a private self contained space. If sharing, wanting to do so with a considerate, woman or a gay/ straight couple, with similar values, over 35 yo. Must like and understand dogs, be a non smoker, clean, tidy, considerate and trustworthy.
