Sofabed is in excellent condition. No marks or wear and tear. Mattress has lost some of its firmness over time. Sofabed is a dark grey and very comfortable.

In excellent condition for age. One cushion has a faded spot as pictured no significant marks or damage. Very comfortable. Selling as we have a new couch ordered. Note: Pick up would be early to mid May. Location Downer - inspections welcome.

It's a really nice filing cabinet, and is a real bargain for $45 so would appreciate it if you didn't try and get it for tuppence.
