These are probably the best travel guitar on the market. They are far superior to the Pignose guitars in terms of build quality, playability and sound. All original built in 1974 and loaded with Maxon pickups it is a fantastic sounding and playing guitar. Maple top on Birch body with a 3 piece maple neck and rosewood fretboard. These Japanese Les Paul copies were built by the Matsumoku factory in 1976-78. Lovely post Matsumoku built Aria Pro II CS (Cardinal Series). I think these were made by Kawai after the fire destroyed the Matsumoku factory in 1987.
