All original built in 1974 and loaded with Maxon pickups it is a fantastic sounding and playing guitar. Maple top on Birch body with a 3 piece maple neck and rosewood fretboard. Really nice looking vintage Japanese stratocaster copy in black. Made in 1983 by Nippon Gakki with Sen ash body (lovely grain), maple neck and vintage style pickups. Usual strat set up with 3 single coils and 5 way selector switch. Vintage style locking tuners. Is styled as a 62' reissue. The LG-23 is obviously heavily influenced by Fender but is a really nice hybrid of a few guitars with a smaller, Strat/Bullet shaped body with a really nice shape.The neck is a 24.75" scale maple neck that has a thick but comfortable feel. Classic Japanese built mid to late 1970's Les Paul. Looks great and is in very good condition for it's age. No structural flaws and it plays fantastic with a nice low, buzz free action. The pickups really scream with distortion and the guitar has a killer piercing tone for garage/punk rock. Really nice rosewood fretboard that plays slick and fast. A little bit of of fretware but nothing to worry about and you don't notice it. Electrics all good. Guitar is not heavy and weighs about 3.6-3.7kg. S
