modular couch - taupe colour & need it gone asap as I’ve got a new one being delivered any minute now. downsizing as my unit is too small for this one. It is a 5 seater but can easily seat more. It’s soft and plush. There are a few marks on it but with a clean it would come out really nice. You will need a trailer or large vehicle as it’s quite large. seat cushions come off to make moving easier. Sofa Bed - Free Free Sofa Bed. Great condition. Just needs to be collected from a unit in Broadbeach - it is the top of 3 flights of stairs. Parking underneath the unit so easy to collect. Will need 2 people to move it - no one on site to help with moving it. Alternatively can organise a removalist to take it to you for around $150 (depending on how far away you are). F & P fridge / freezer - E 521 T (Model) Large fridge and very clean. Works but sometimes freezes things in the fridge section. Needs a new control module - no. 851578 P (available in Aust approx $200) Pick up - please note this fridge is heavy and is up 3 flights of stairs.

Free to come and pick it up. Has 4 chairs, great looking table. Has a crack- please see photo. Not noticeable, I put a table cloth over it. It is extremely heavy, possibly will need two or three to carry down stairs. A good clean and chairs will be amazing.

This bookcase can be used as shelving. It is heavy and solid. Just perfect for the person whose friends tell them that you have too many books, all in piles, all over the floor or stacked up the stairs. You can even get two rows of books per shelf.
