Wooden chair structure, with upholstered seat. Wood in good condition, upholstery a bit worn. Wheels are not the originals, but work fine. Has a mechanism to adjust hight which works (although is a bit stiff). Also has a gentle lean back motion which is nice if you want to put your feet up.
