Hi all, A traditional French bistro located in the CBD is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. Our bistro has a strong reputation for producing quality traditional French food. Established since 2010, it offers:
• 38 – 42-hour roster / Tips / Free Meals
• Closed every Sunday, Monday, and public holidays.
• Annual 4-week closure over Christmas, New Year, and 1 week during the Easter period.
• Friendly and stable environment.
