Lotus Cars designed two bikes in the 1990’s and were given the vehicle designation of models 108 and 110. Designed by renowned aerodynamic stylist Mike Burrows. Highly advanced for the early 1990’s employing F1 racing technology of the time, the hollow monocoque carbon fibre structure replaces the traditional tubular frame with a cantilever arm for the rear wheel in an aerofoil cross section.
