Damaged cubby house
Free to a willing dismantler, I have this cubby we cuilt for my children who are now grown. It comes with the slide as well, free of charge, all that we ask is that the recipient is willing to come and dismantle the cubby and take away the parts and slide. The materials could be used to build something else like a shed or the cubby could be rebuilt with some replacement materials.
