Vintage 1970s cigarette lighteer plug, with plain chrome knob. The knob diameter is about 25mm, with edge height of about 6mm Not sure what brand of vehicle this came from - the old man was a nutter who collected all sorts of car bits. Mostly he collected Holden and Ford, so it is possible the lighter plug came from one of those brands. It has a few minor scatches - hardly noticable. Made from solid metal, not plastic.
